Hello, I am Bülent, I am married, I have 1 daughter, 3 sons, we have 4 children in total, I was born in 1985 in Mardin, in a Muslim family, although not very religious. I was a child, I married my wife when I was 17 and she was very devout in her faith. I started to fulfil all the requirements of Islam. After the age of 22, 23 years, I no longer allowed alcohol, drugs, fornication, etc. into my life. However, domestic violence had become more and more severe, almost every day I was unfortunately physically abusing my wife and children, until CHRIST, he came into my life.
I met the Lord in early 2016 when I listened to the testimony of a man called Duran. His claim that he was talking to God led me to seek God, first I started researching the Koran and Islam, I couldn't find the True God, but a God in reverse. I came to the conclusion that if there was one, it couldn't be this one, and then I decided to read the Bible, not to be influenced by anyone, I stole a Bible from the church and started reading it. By the time I started studying, drugs and alcohol were out of my life, I hadn't had a drink all week and I didn't understand how it happened, that the Bible and Christ his teaching was stirring something in my heart, I decided to meet Duran more often.
I started, and the room told me that in order to hear God, I had to pray and accept Christ. One evening when I was very low, I said, "If you're really God and you're talking come and talk to me, then I had a marvellous vision. A glowing Cross, and a voice told me I should follow him.
Afterwards when I was praying for repentance and confession of faith with Duran, I was praying for repentance with a crippled man who had been in surgery for many years. I received healing from my leg, I was baptised on 15/03/2017, the Lord graced me in 2018, I shared the gospel with a large part of my family and we encountered many miracles, patients healing, freedom from evil spirits, a miracle that even a cancer patient receives healing. We have encountered, about 60 people from my own family alone have believed, since then.
Since 2018, I have been serving in the Church, between the years 2018-2021, in Atasehir. In the Church of Salvation, I served, from March 2021 to May 2022. We went to support the church in Edirne and served there, from May 2022 to now. Since we started the ministry in Cekmekoy Salvation Church, I am still there as a leader now.
We continue to serve, besides that, we do evangelisation services. We are going to serve both in our own area and in different provinces. We train young people as disciples, to serve and share the Gospel and encourage them, our heart's desire is to bring labourers, especially in unchurched areas.
